* A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher tablets, bar soap, laundry soap, and coffee will be provided. Please bring more of the listed items to fit your needs based on the size of your group and length of stay.
*** Sorry but no pets allowed. Additional fee of $250 will be charged for each unauthorized pet.
*** No fires (including candles) inside our cabin
*** NO SMOKING *** If there is a scent of smoke inside our cabin, you will be responsible for an additional $250 fee plus damages.
Guest access:
*Guests will have access to the entire cabin (except small owner’s closets and utility closets). Self-check-in is super easy with the smart lock entry keypad.
Check In Time: 4pm.
Check Out Time: 10am.
*We do not offer early check-in or late check-out. We need as much time as possible to keep things clean and tidy for all guests.
*The minimum age for the person booking our cabin is 25 years old and must verify ID
Other things to note:
Our cabin sits on top of a hill which provides you some very beautiful and relaxing views. The driveway is steep but it's paved and manageable in any dependable vehicle. During winter months when snow or rain near freezing temperatures is a possibility, vehicles with 4x4 / 4WD / AWD are highly recommended.
-Maximum Occupancy that our cabin sleeps is 12 people. Should more people stay, we reserve the right to charge an additional $75 per person and/or terminate your stay.
-You’re in the Great Smoky Mountains so please remember that bugs, rodents, and other large animals including bears are to be expected. Please do not feed any animals. We have regular pest control maintenance and do our best to keep bugs and insects out of our cabin.
-If at any time the appliances including the hot tub have maintenance requirements and/or are rendered nonfunctional during your stay, we will do our best to have them repaired in a timely manner. We are not responsible to provide a refund in these situations. We will ask for your patience and understanding if this happens.
-We do not provide refunds for: weather conditions of any kind, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God/Jehovah/Buddha/Allah, or other things that are beyond our control.
-Trash-Please place all trash inside of the trash cans in the bear cage located around the corner from the front door. If you fail to place the trash in the protected bear cage, animals will likely get into it and make a huge mess which you will be responsible for cleaning up. If you fail to clean up the trash, an additional $50 will be charged on top of your cleaning fee. If you have additional trash build up that doesn’t fit in trash cans, please drop it off at Sevier County Trash Depot (free of charge) located at: 419 Tiger Dr, Pigeon Forge, TN (located behind Pigeon Forge High School).
-Water- Our cabin’s water source is from a private well on the premises. At times, there may be discoloration to the water or even a sulfur smell to it. These items are harmless and out of our control. Our cabin has a whole house water filtration system installed which filters the water on our property.
-For security purposes this property has one external camera located on the front porch.
