𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: Our property is nestled in the beautiful mountains offering a cozy retreat. During the winter months, weather conditions can make driveways, sidewalks and decks slippery. Please use caution when entering or leaving the property. Ensure you have a reliable vehicle equipped for winter weather, as mountain roads may require 4WD or snow chains during heavy snowfalls.

Due to the cabin's location in the mountains, guests may experience steep driving conditions on the way to the property and limited parking options upon arrival. Please inquire if you have any further questions.

Personal Vehicle: If you have your own car, you can use it to drive around the Sevierville area and explore nearby attractions.

Rideshare Services: You can use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft to request a ride to your desired destination.

Taxi Services: Local taxi companies provide transportation services in and around Sevierville. You can find taxi stands or call a local taxi company to request a ride.

Car Rentals: If you don't have a personal vehicle, you can consider renting a car from a local car rental agency.

Public Transportation: While public transportation options may be limited in some areas, it's worth checking if there are local bus services or other public transportation options available.

Walking or Biking: Depending on your destination's proximity, you might be able to walk or bike to get around, especially if you are exploring within a smaller radius.

Please note that, given the cabin's mountainous location, you should prepare for steep and potentially challenging driving conditions as you approach. It’s always a good idea to check weather conditions before your trip to ensure safe travel!!

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:

Guest Age:
The primary renter in any group must be 18 years or older..

Respectful Guests:
We kindly request that all guests be respectful of our neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Quiet Time:
Please enjoy yourselves, but remember to keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 pm.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the garage ( if applicable). Please avoid throwing cigarette buds in the premises smoking outside.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free.

Guest Courtesy:
Consider yourself a welcome guest in our home. We trust you'll treat the space with care and respect.

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM.

While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.

Please note that our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed on the property. If you add one pet to your reservation, the system will only apply the fee for a single pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, the additional $75 fee will need to be settled separately. In that case, please be sure to reach out to us directly so we can document the second pet on your reservation and assist with the payment process.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, all dogs are subject to approval. Management reserves the right to adjust the breed restrictions at any time. Please reach out to us first before booking to confirm if your pet can be accommodated.

Please note that our cabin is located in a mountainous, wooded area, and it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as beetles, ants, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and thorough cleanings, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural setting. Thank you for your understanding!

Holiday Check-In Policy
Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

You’re welcome to book stays that include these dates — we just ask that arrival and departure days are scheduled outside of them. Thanks for understanding! ❤️
