Kozy Retreat at the Lake is a place for lake lovers to come and relax. This three-bed two-bath property sits this close to Douglas Lake and is the perfect place for those who enjoy being outside year-round. With plenty of outdoor seating space, Guests can enjoy the sunrise from the front porch, visits in the outdoor living room, and roasting marshmallow or keeping toasty by one of 2 firepits. There is also a lovely grill area and a hot tub. Guests will also enjoy a private dock to jump in and swim from when the lake level is up. And when the sun sets, you can snuggle up inside in the cozy living room and make meals in the updated kitchen. The newly renovated property is a must for your next getaway.
