"Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area. The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area. "This property goes above and beyond expectations. The location is "challenging" at first to get to, but once you figure it out is easy peezy! Plenty of parking for hotel guests. Staff is super nice and does their best with english, but ALWAYS tries with a smile. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL! The view is stunning! Weddings do happen almost daily, BUT with the door shut it isn't disturbing, PLUS you get fireworks show. Definitely worth the tiny drive from Naples to stay in a nicer, cheaper,...

"I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......
