Serra de Sicó Observation Post

The property was very clean and modern, plus the staff was friendly. The only downside is that cleaning does not occur everyday.

All the little things like ice cream and treats and fruit in the lobby and each floor. Very friendly staff.

Property was conveniently located in the Alfama area - a short distance from restaurants and shops as well as the baixa/chaido area. Staff was extremely responsive about air conditioning issues and fixed it immediately upon request. They also were helpful in locating outlets that were neatly tucked away out of sight but very conveniently located at the bed side. I’d definitely return
