Neu renoviertes und gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und sehr gutem Frühstück. Abzüge gibt es für die überlaufende Duschtasse, außerdem ist der sich in der Nähe befindliche Bahnhof nicht mehr in Betrieb, Die Info der Bahnhofnähe war für uns ein Buchungsgrund.

We enjoyed our stay, friendly staff in reception, breakfast area and rooftop bar. Ines was helpful with lots of suggestions on local food and restaurants and gave good service. Hotel close to old town and river and the free bus to the railway station stops right outside the hotel. Room lovely, breakfast good. Would stay there again.

The staff were lovely here. Extremely helpful and kind. There is a shuttle directly out front for the train station - free! Very convenient location to the main square and some good restaurants. We dined at Sete Restaurant. Main complaint about the hotel was the wifi kept dropping and it was quite noisy at night.

Has the look of a new hotel inside. Excellent location close to all touristy spots. Only drawback was not getting adjoining rooms for our family of four, so it may help to contact them prior and ask. Would very much stay here again.

This hotel perfectly met our needs for the nightly rate. We were in Coimbra for a wedding, and its location was ideal, offering easy access to the city center within walking distance. Thanks to the hotel’s convenient location, we chose to walk to all major attractions, including the university. Although the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable considering the price, I wouldn’t expect anything extravagant. Overall, our stay was great!

The hotel and the stuff are very very nice, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was big... breakfast was good and so was the aircondition. The only things that we were missing were at the bathroom. No place to put your extra washing items in the shower place. Not enough racks for the towels and clothes... The location is perfect!!!

Great little hotel, with a rooftop bar!! A bit of a walk to and from the University and library, However a ride share (Bolt) is pretty inexpensive. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Room was missing some self care products such as conditioner and lotion, but not a big deal. The staff were very helpful in providing food options and activities that were occurring in the town. There was also a free shuttle bus to the train station outside the hotel

Newly renovated, clean, and modern. Excellent location with the stop for the free shuttle to the train station in front of hotel. Our room had a small balcony with a view of the river a block away. Despite the location it was relatively quiet. Lots of eateries within 5 minute walking distance. Cute rooftop bar area and very nice breakfast area and good breakfast that included eggs, bacon and sausages. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had requested early check in but could not get it when we arrived, but the woman who checked us in was very curt/short about it. Maybe she was having a bad day because she was nicer the rest of our stay lol.

Excelente hotel, reformado, com lobby muito bem decorado e agradável, com bar no rooftop. Equipe de funcionários prestativos e simpáticos, destaque para as funcionárias da limpeza de quarto e para a menina da recepção que usava óculos (não me recordo do nome mas muito simpática e solícita). Ótima localização, perto do centro histórico, da Universidade, de restaurantes e padarias, mercado em frente, fácil acesso a transportes. Quarto amplo, arejado, com sacada, frigobar, máquina de café Nespresso com direito a bombons. A cama um espetáculo a parte simplesmente maravilhosa, lençóis e toalhas limpíssimos. Banheiro amplo, arejado visto que tinha janela e não ventilação forçada, e com produtos de amenidades muito bons. Café da manhã excelente com variedade e qualidade dos itens, tudo muito gostoso, funcionários estavam sempre atentos para que não faltasse nada. Única ressalva que faço é a respeito do sinal de internet que enfrentou uma certa instabilidade nos 4 dias em que fiquei hospedada o que acabou dificultando meu trabalho no computador já que estava participando de um evento científico na Universidade, fora isso tudo perfeito.
