Great location, but the AC did not work in our first room, we changed rooms 3 times, but the staff were very helpful. So no complaining there. Loved the experience.

This hotel is in a good location, with the University of Coimbra Library and other attractions just a 15–20 minute walk away. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. While the overall stay was pleasant, the property could benefit from better maintenance. One downside for international travelers is that the room did not have a safe to securely store passports and other valuables. The lighting in the room was also quite dim, and brighter lighting would make the space feel more comfortable and inviting. Overall, it's a decent place to stay because of its convenient location and excellent staff. With a few maintenance improvements and the addition of in-room safes, it would provide a much better guest experience.

It was just ok. Need some update here and there but you got what you paid for. Closed to almost everywhere, near super market and coin laundry. But Coimbra itself is very walkable city. I stayed for one night, and most of time I was out enjoying the city. In my opinion it need more lights inside the room. Staff were helpful though

For the money, it was a great hotel. Clean room, easy walk to Old Town. There were tons of restaurants to choose from in the old town. Free Breakfast until Noon! Not a fancy place, but the bed, room, and AC were all excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

It’s not a 4 stars hotel. Good enough for its location, about 10 mins from downtown. The room was noisy because of the street, air conditioning and fridge were not working properly and the bathroom was in urgent need of maintenance. Breakfast was very basic and breakfast area far from clean.

The room was a bit dated, and some surfaces could use a refresh, but the bed and shower were great. There's an elevator and balcony (off my single room), and the free breakfast was nice. I particularly liked that breakfast was available from 6:30 to noon. All things considered, this was great value for the money, and I would definitely stay again.

I found the bed to be a bit too soft but thankfully, housekeeping staff offered to remove the mattress topper (?) and it was perfect. The bedding, room, AC and shower were fine, the breakfast was very good, and overall I’d say it was pretty good value for the money.

Servicable hotel, in a decent location on main road into Coimbra. About 5-10 minute walk from centre of Coimbra restaurants and bars. 15-20 minutes walk to University area and Botanical gardens of which the 2nd part is largely up hill
