"What I loved : location on golf course. Large beautiful kitchen with butler pantry, large open family room with seating for all, beautiful master suite, bathroom is dated. Deck with furniture, we loved. Downstairs worked just fine. Kids loved pool table. Outdoor lawn space and fire pit is a big bonus. Everything was kept up in working order. Bdrm #3-4 extremely small, and somewhat unfinished, you can tell they were added quickly. Twin bed in bdrm #3 will only accommodate a small child. Bdrm with queen bed was fine, no tv which would have been nice, bathroom is dated but everything worked just fine. But bathroom #3 is beautiful. Did NOT like, DRIVEWAY !! Very steep and narrow difficult to navigate. NO garage access, which would have made driveway easier to access. No air conditioning downstairs. NO clocks in any of the bedrooms. There were some coffee stains on carpet that house keeping did not clean up, which is too bad. Overall, we really enjoyed this house. I would highly recommend it, with a caution on the driveway."

"This is a beautiful property with plenty of space for my family of eight. Very comfortable and well appointed! No issues with WiFi or television service. One small complaint though is the listing does not disclose that the pool and lake facility are only available to guests with a daily use fee, which for my family was 100. We have three kids under 5 and with nap and lunch schedules, we’re not able to enjoy the full day, making this some expensive pool time. I’m told this is a common complaint so want to be sure and share this feedback"

"The cabin was everything it promised. It was clean and well maintained. We had our guest pass for the lake, but the fees to spend the day at the lake were high-not at all on the cabin owners, just a note for future renters. We will definitely rent again as there was plenty of space, it was a perfect location, and we loved the cabin."

"I booked this home for a family vacation with 8 adults and 4 children, and overall we had a great stay. The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had an excellent layout. Even with a large group, we never felt crowded. The kids especially loved the bunk room.The location was another highlight. It was conveniently close to Big Trees, Murphys, and grocery stores, while still feeling secluded enough to enjoy the peaceful forest setting.The reason we're giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a few issues we encountered during our stay:1. The floors throughout the home were quite dirty when we arrived.2. The septic tank was overflowing, which caused a strong sewage odor near the front entrance and stairs. We contacted the property management company, and to their credit, they responded quickly. Someone arrived within about 10 minutes, and a septic company came out later that same day to address the issue.3. The kitchen cooktop felt unsafe to use. The burner knobs did not function properly, so we had to repeatedly check that the gas was fully turned off after cooking.4. One of the bedrooms had evidence of a water leak, including a hole in the ceiling and several water stains.Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the home's size, location, and overall comfort."
