"Every convenient location, especially if you plan to visit UFJ. JR station is t min away and a convenient store near the station. The property was clean and very spacious. The quality of amenities are more than I expected. The entrance to the hot spring next door was included. I do recommend this place to the others."

"This property is ideal for its proximity to Universal. It’s a one minute walk from the station. This property is surrounded with food options. There is a 7-11, Starbucks, and Lawson’s on-site. The room was large and provided toiletries, coffee, and tea. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were amazing and smelled wonderful. The shower is huge and comfortable. As I mentioned, the station is close by and easy to get to Dotonbori and other places of interest. If you’re going to Universal, this is the ideal property. "

The location was perfect—close to transportation, shops, and great restaurants, which made getting around very easy. We especially appreciated how organized and efficient everything was, from check-in to check-out. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and luxurious. "This an excellent choice for visiting Universal Studios Japan. Located in city walk three minutes from the train exit and five minutes from the entrance to Universal Studios. There is both a 7-11 and Lawson right outside the hotel for quick convenience purchases. I was only staying a single night for my one day visit to the park but this was the perfect option. The staff was kind and easy to communicate with even though I don’t speak any Japanese. The room was very clean, and had everything I needed with two complimentary bottles of water waiting. I love the self service baggage room you can leave use all day on checkout day. It is a genius design with large shelves and self programmed code locking steel wires. I would gladly stay here again if going to the park."

"Excellent stay. We stayed for 7nights, they do daily room cleaning. Great location, only 6 mins walk to City mall where the Namba train station is. They provided pajamas, Kose facial products which I did not expect, otherwise I would not bring any of my skin care products. Super convenient and thoughtful! And free starbuck drinks from the coffee machine. 10/10 recommended!! The only thing is the room is a bit small can open one suitcase but that’s ok for us. "
