Not flat and bruised my thigh getting out of bed due to a metal bar that was in the way. The shower drain was plugged and it almost overflowed. I had to cut short my shower. No outlet for curling iron in bathroom. My wife had to do her hair in a semi crouch in the hallway. The usb ports next to the bed did not work."
