"Very helpful staff and they really mad us feel welcomed, the hotel is central located, with limited parking, feels like everything is in walkable distance. Point of improvement: please label food in the breakfast buffet, especially the meat."

"Friendly staff at check-in, great restaurant, clean rooms, beautiful scenery. Be aware there is a geothermal factory very close to the hotel and the pool is not as glamorous and large as it looks. There is nothing in the area but the hotel’s restaurant is very good, makes up for lack of dining options in the area. There is a hiking trail right behind the hotel."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay in Iceland We had a truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Iceland. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the private jacuzzi, which was beautifully maintained and provided a relaxing experience after a day of exploring Iceland’s incredible nature. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and the attention to detail was evident everywhere. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a wide variety of high-quality options, and everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable.
