Nice 5-room apartment of 112 m2 in DUPLEX in a stone mason's house with two apartments. The DUPLEX includes an equipped kitchen, an independent WC and a dirty dining room on the 1st floor.
The three bedrooms and the bathroom with WC are on the 2nd floor.
On the ground floor a private and covered terrace as well as parking in a large flowered courtyard are at your disposal.
The city center, restaurants and train station are not far away and you can easily get there on foot.
