The hotel was absolutely charming, with a warm ambiance set in a quaint rustic town—an ideal escape from the bustle of Paris. The rooms had a great vibe and view, offered quality amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a bit warm during our visit, so we really appreciated the in-room AC. The only drawback was our timing—visiting on a Sunday and Monday meant much of Obernai was closed, which made exploring a bit tricky. Still, it was a lovely overall experience!

Das Zimmer hat uns leider gar nicht gefallen. Im Bad hat es unangenehm gerochen und nachdem Duschen war das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Außerdem waren in den Ecken überall Spinnweben und das Zimmer hat nicht sehr sauber gewirkt

La chambre est très propre, l’hôtel se trouve en plein centre d’une ville pittoresques avec un grand parking donc aucun problème pour se garer . Boissons thé et café à volonté à la réception même s’il y en a aussi dans la chambre. Personnel disponible mais discret et professionnel

Disappointing – Not 4-Star Quality Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the standards of a 4-star property. The room was visibly worn and outdated, clearly showing its age. One of the biggest issues was the heat in the room – it was almost unbearable. Instead of proper air conditioning, there was only a mobile unit with a large exhaust hose running out through an open window, which meant little to no actual cooling. On top of that, the unit was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep. When I asked at the front desk about a room change, I was told: “This is the best option.” – no alternative was offered. For a hotel claiming four stars, this is simply unacceptable. At times, the standard felt more like a budget guesthouse than a proper hotel. The one positive aspect was the rich and varied breakfast, which was quite good. All in all, the value for money was poor, and I would not return.

Hotel en plein coeur d obernai avec un acces facile et parking. Piscine agréable Grande Chambre et sdb. Confortable. Nombreux restaurants autour pour diversifier ses repas.

Repos et visite de l'Alsace

Un magnifique hotel tranquille au centre d'Obernai, magnifique ville Alsacienne non loin de Strasbourg et des plus beaux villages d'Alsace. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel attentif et disponible. Cet hotel est un petit hameau tranquille en bordure de la veille ville. Accès facile en voiture. On reviendra.

The hotel is very charming and the rooms are comfortable. The entrance is a little hidden and not very easy to find. Very good parking area. A little hard to drag suitcases to the room due to the stone surfaced area in front of the hotel. But overall very pleasant, convenient location and very pleasant and helpful staff.
