「深夜のチェックインになりましたが、気持ちの良い対応をしていただきました。部屋は清掃も行き届き清潔感がありました。建物の外観とは違いリフォーム済なのかすっきりとした印象の部屋で過ごしやすかったです。暖房のコントロールが今ひとつわかりにくかったです。朝食も豪華ではありませんが標準的だと思います。気になる点は私達の部屋は2F角部屋でしたが外階段が近く、道路側から簡単にアクセスできる事が気になりました。周囲の治安は悪く無い印象です。」

「My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Monterey Bay by IHG over the Christmas holidays, and we had a wonderful experience.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone was lovely, and a special mention goes to the sweetest daughter of one of the receptionists, who truly added a warm and personal touch to our stay.
