「Spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was lovely, and the view of the ocean was fantastic. Excellent location just minutes from the turnaround. Property management was very communicative, and they sweetly left a balloon and chocolate for our special occasion. A very nice and personal touch! Front desk staff was also very friendly.」

「Everything statt to finish was amazing. Super easy to work with which always makes it so nice considering it was a last minute booking. The condo was so clean and had every amenity available in the kitchen considering we were having Thanksgiving dinner. Extra bedding and pillows. Rain jackets and a stroller just in case. Toys for kids and to participate in. The patio lets you see the beach. The walk way is right there to the beach and promenade. I will definitely be back. 」

「There is no view from the condo. The minimal view is from the balcony. This listing suggests you get a view and you absolutely do not. Great location but I wasn’t expecting to be overlooking a duplex where they were loud and fixing cars in the driveway much of our stay. The room wasn’t clean - crumbs on the counter, toothpaste in the sink and dirty dishes. Microwave was dirty. Condo is older and dated, but otherwise fine. We got cleaner from downstairs and sterilized everything...

「I agree with a prior comment that the floor needs to be replaced. It’s pretty bad. And the coils on the stove were sticking out and we couldn’t get them back in, making it useless. Additionally, there were a lot of dishes put away that were dirty. Clean up of the condo could have been better. All in all, we really like Sand and Sea. We’ll be back but not staying in this condo!」
