"I was very pleased with our stay at Wyndham Bali Hai! The staff and grounds were amazing. There was so much to do on the property. I only have a few small recommendations. Hopefully they are helpful. The jets in the therapy jacuzzi are broken. Not a problem, because they worked at the other hot tub. The rooms were not very clean: lots of dust, not cleaned in corners, tub and shower needed to be cleaned before use. There was no visit to restock items or tidy up the room. :( When we asked for restocked items, they were not delivered. The freaking roosters. Just kidding. There’s nothing that can be done there, but the 4 am wake up call was great for getting an early start to the day. Lol! Maybe a full time rooster tamer who bands their beaks shut? Just. Kidding! More positives: the soaps smelled amazing, and were nice quality. Very convenient, since mine were taken by baggage check. :( The staff: so helpful and kind! With the exception of not restocking our amenities and room cleanliness, everyone was fantastic! Besides on whoopsie by the concierge, where we were told to enjoy our mother/daughter trip (my friend and I are the same age. Lol!). This would have been a bonus, if I wasn’t flagged as the old one. 😂 Location: prime! Gorgeous lookouts, paths, waterfalls, hikes, beaches, restaurants, activities, Thank you for a wonderful experience, and memories that we will always treasure."

"Special designer house in the otherwise cookie cutter neighborhood. Unbeatable view and amenities. Relaxing place to be. Lows are the very dated cushions, pillows and linens many of which are musty smelly and some are flat from years of use. Was expecting better as this price point. Host could spend a bit of money to refresh.Lastly note that the driveway may seem gated and private, but it is actually a path for others to walk to the beach and the utility people to access their worksite. It doesn't bother us just something to note."
