"Place is clean and has everything you need very happy with the resort"

"Older time share property at a reasonable cost. If you are traveling with family (including kids), the property can’t be beat at this price point. It is within 5 mins from town. Love the multiple pools, BBQ laundry in unit plus and large living space each apartment. Downside is that the unit are definitely on the older side with hard towels. Oh and there are the roosters that wakes you up started before 5AM. Ear plugs are a must if you are a light sleeper or still surviving jet legs. "

"Facilities overall were good. Room was a bit small but adequate. Fitness center way too small for number of people it serves. Tried to use spa/hot tub many times - but was always full. More younger children then expected. Definitely beautiful location."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely beautiful view! Very pretty grounds and lovely beach with access to Hanalei 1 food. But the room left a lot to be desired! Very dinged up and dirty. Dirty floors (soles of feet would get brown when walking barefoot after shower), long strands of hair in the shower and bathroom, brown water bugs/small roaches(?) in the the bathroom/closet area. Would not recommend or stay here again, sadly."

"I think my deck should have had two lounge chairs instead of one. There were not enough dresser drawers in the room. The hall rug on floor one was a bit shabby. Overall though, very nice property and great staff."

"I would rent directly from Hanalei Bay Resort, it is a gorgeous resort.However, this is NOT a condo. This is the master bedroom of a condo. There is a separate entry to the master bedroom, but it is a bedroom. It is a partial ocean view, the condo has a full ocean view, while the view is still beautiful, it is NOT an ocean view.The room is dirty looking, they have a canopy over the bed which had dead bugs on top, the paint is peeling in the bathroom, the lights next to the bed did not work, when you walk up to the room by the entry there are old broke down chairs sitting out there, they obviously used to be in the room at some point and the shower/bath is coming apart. There is a door inside the room which leads to the condo, and it is a regular door so there is no noise protection from whomever they rent to next door.Let me also add they we rented a condo from Hanalei Bay Resort for the rest of our party and it was clean and super nice and updated.There is a microwave and small fridge in the closet and dishes that you can wash in the bathroom which is very gross. I am not going to wash dishes in the bathroom. That's gross, especially for what I thought I was paying for...There is a broom in the closet and no dustpan, there are big lips on the patio and front door so there is nowhere to sweep all the dirt and sand."
