Location is perfect- a little more quiet in the back and super close to cut through to Peddlers Pavillion and Rosemary! The owner was so communicative and accommodating! "My wife and I made plans for a quick impromptu trip and wanted to check out Rosemary Beach. We’ve been going to Sandestin for YEARS but this would be our first overnight to Rosemary Beach. We LOVED it and where we stayed! Bill was fantastic in communicating and the unit sits in the perfect location… steps from the pool, live music in the little center it overlooks, and food choices galore! Bike rentals were rented in this center as well and venturing out a few times during our stay resulted in finding some treasures that were very fun. Beach access was very easy, and plenty of shopping in our center and one that was only one block away as well. On a side note the until is well stocked and even had beach towels and chairs for the beach! I accidentally left a sentimental watch in one of the beach chairs and Bill went to special efforts to find it and get it back to me! THATS going the extra mile! The area is a bit more upscale which the clientele, dress codes and the people that visit this area which we loved! Can’t wait to go back! "

"Perfect location between Alys and Rosemary beach. The Peddlers Pavillion is a great spot for drinks and shopping. Room is very clean. Setup is simple for those who want to explore / beach time. Bed is very comfortable and wife/me had best sleep. Will be coming back!"
