「This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. 」

「We were thrilled with our stay. The apartment was bright and cheery, everything was super clean and in wonderful condition, with lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location is not only close to downtown Dover shops and restaurants but also a short trip to the Maine Seacoast. Our host responded quickly to our inquiries.and took great care to make sure we were comfortable. We travel to the area often to visit family and will always look to book this property. Wonderful!」

「Had an amazing time! Hosts are awesome w/ communication & checking up on you!!! Beach right down the street, went deep sea fishing through Eastman’s which was right across the street from the neighborhood where this cute vacay spot is located & short drive to Hampton shops/restaurants!! 「The property is exactly as advertised, clean farmhouse (old home with all the creaks and charm you'd expect from an old farmhouse) but it's meticulously maintained with fresh paint, and it's got everything you need. 「Perfect stay, wonderful host, and super comfortable! Lawrence was so welcoming and kind. We would absolutely stay again. This place is well stocked with towels, beach accessories, and the welcome basket was very appreciated! 「Market St Loft has to be one of the best places to stay in downtown Portsmouth. It is clean, large and full of beautiful fun finishes and art. This loft is in a super convenient location. 「Communication with manager was excellent, quick and responsive. Place was very clean and updated. Small appliances were plentiful and new. Very quaint and it has Portsmouth style! We were fine with everything and had a great time but I feel like I'd be remiss if I don't point a few things out that aren't super apparent in the description.1.
