"This home is just as it's pictured. Beautiful setting with easy access to the seaside trail. It was quite warm inside when we arrived and surprisingly, with the slider doors open the breeze doesn't really cool it down. We did (as instructed) close all windows/doors at night to avoid 4 legged visitors. The kitchen has lots of dishes, nice grille to cook on. Don't count on random supplies - there were a few but everything was quite old and staples like salt/pepper/oil was non existent. We were there for only 2 days so appreciated the coffee packet for day 1. Day 2 required a trip to a coffee shop."

"We had a good experience at Starlight Reach. The one frustration was that there were several basics missing in the kitchen including salt/pepper, sugar, cooking oil or spray, and kleenex. Usually we have found these items at VRBO residences. Since stores are not close, it required a special trip up to Gualala. "

"The property was exactly as described - wonderful location. We were right on a path that directly to the bluffs overlooking the beach - maybe three or four houses down. We enjoyed watching the golfers - apparently this property is on the "signature hole" of Sea Ranch. We also found the piano to be a pleasant surprise"

"Lovely house with some nice views from the living room & loft. Kitchen is well equipped, grill works, everything was clean. Hot tub is large & works; though we wished it had a view towards the ocean instead of being walled in by wooden fence. Centralized forced air heating is dated but works. Couldn’t use the fireplace because no kindling/axe is provided. Also, the pile of firewood outside was not covered properly since the tarp had holes and at any rate was blown off during the rain storm. we like the fact that it is close to a trail and the ocean is not far away to walk to."

"I highly recommend this house for a family or friend gathering. There is a lot of space for hanging out as a group or you can find a private space for yourself. The house is right on the main bluff walk easily accessible to a beautiful black sand beach. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill was easily acccessible and worked."

"Amazing home with perfect views of the ocean. Living room very cozy and overall an awesome experience. Wish there was a hot tub but you can’t go wrong booking this place for special family vacations. Access with the community pool is clutch. We will be back! Thanks "
