Overall, this hotel was just okay. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which made check-in pleasant. The little shop a close to the hotel was great. The bed was comfortable, but the room itself felt old and dated. The surrounding area didn't feel very safe, and the parking situation was a bit unsettling, although it was adequate. The hotel only had one small elevator, and while it worked, it definitely felt a little sketchy. The rooms don't have air conditioning. Since there were no screens on the windows, we had to choose between being uncomfortably warm or leaving the window open and worrying about bugs and the outside noise. We also tried the coffee shop, but it was overpriced and the coffee wasn't very good. Overall, the hotel met our basic needs, but I would probably look for another option next time.

Great hotel and conveniently located near Fisherman's Wharf. We liked the included full breakfast. Staff were very nice and service was great. The only negative point for me is that the shower and tap water did not have enough pressure and hot water could be burning hot. Besides that, everything was great.

Superb hotel. Beautiful rooms. Wonderful staff. Food is delicious and surprisingly well-priced for any hotel let alone a higher end hotel. The outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy happy hour away from the crowds. Perfect location for business or personal travel. Hard to imagine a better hotel experience.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is in a great location, and we loved the nearby Mexican restaurant. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and a bag of caramel popcorn, which was a nice touch. The complimentary continental breakfast on our first morning was exceptional. The food was well served, and the service was outstanding. The bartender that evening was also very friendly and conversational. We ordered a coffee nightcap, and they went above and beyond to make it just right. The only downside was breakfast service the following morning. The waitress seemed pleasant at first, but after we mentioned that we were using the complimentary continental breakfast, her attitude changed. The service felt rushed, we weren't offered refills on our coffee, and the overall experience wasn't nearly as welcoming as the day before. Overall, we loved the hotel, its location, and the excellent service from most of the staff. Aside from that one breakfast experience, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
