"So while the room was massive and very nice and modern - excellent location - I did have issues with the housekeeping and a lack of communication within the staff. I arrived the Sunday and I had to tell the staff my room hadn’t been cleaned until the Thursday despite me being out each day Then when they did finally clean they took my laundry bag that I’d filled out as per their instructions but never received my clothes back! Finally on my last day I’d requested a late checkout to have housekeeping come bursting into the room an hour before I was due to leave saying nobody told them it was late checkout. However there were some staff members I found friendly and helpful, it was a bit of a mixed bag overall! Despite this I’m giving 4 stars as it was a large comfortable and modern room in a good location and not everyone will experience the same issues I had!"

"This particular Check-in staff was poorly trained and not helpful at all. AC noisy with temperature and fan speed hard to regulate. Facility need updating. Had room changed and the AC is only minimally improved. Sleep quality severely impacted and would not stay here again. No complimentary water provided even though I am a Hyatt member. Overall not getting the quality expected from the rates charged for my 4-night stay."

"We arrived late on a Friday night for a 3 night stay. The front office staff member was super helpful and polite. As we entered the room we were very impressed with the amenities. The room comes with a full sized fridge, a microwave, dishwasher, and a wide array of utensils. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room though. There was a dirty shirt and socks left in the room. Also the carpets in our room (165) really need to be cleaned. As for the positives, the breakfast was fantastic. My daughter really enjoyed the chicken and waffles. The eggs and coffee were also really good. Lastly, housekeeping is supposed to come to your room every other day during your stay. During our 3 night stay we didn’t have any visits from housekeeping and we certainly could have used one. All in all for the price, this isnt a bad hotel for an extended stay, but dont have too high of expectations or you will be disappointed. "

"The hotel is in the middle of the entertainment district so if you don’t mind listening to loud base until 2am It’s a great hotel. Only my sweatshirt was also ran over with the luggage cart and though the hotel had it sent out for dry-cleaning, it was unable to be cleaned and nothing was offered in replacement for the item of clothing I lost."
