The highlight, as always, is the staff—Brendon, Carlos, and the valet team were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the front desk made our early check-in effortless. The rooms are spotless, and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were excellent, and a big thank you to Verg, Andy 1, Andy 2, and Sam for the outstanding service. The team here truly makes the experience—we’ll definitely be back next year."

"Tons of amenities and a large, useful space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint was with the traffic noise until 3am on popular nights for people to go out (Saturday night was the loudest)."

"Breakfast was fine, The pool was cold (but I knew it wasn't heated so wasn't expecting it to be warm until the check in attendant said it was room temperature (Guess she meant that as a joke, but it set the wrong expectations). The hot tub was not hot, in fact it was too cold to sit down in. The room was exceptional, clean, with plenty of room, comfy bed, and comfortable temp, once we figured out that the thermostat was on the wall, not on the air conditioner itself. Hubby had a conference in town on Saturday, so we booked the hotel instead of driving all the way up from Casa Grande that morning. Cost was low for Scottsdale, but worth the money"

"Nice place. Good pool. Good gym. Worst noise from the night club couldn’t sleep at night. Front desk Brian is a rude person. Food at the restaurant takes so long. Definitely pros and cons."

"Weather wasn’t hot enough to go in the pool. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a room with a bathtub like I paid for. I got stuck in a room close to the street. Wasn’t thrilled about that. I have major Anxiety at night time. I ended up Blocking the door at night time. I survived. Unfortunately I really needed a bathtub. I have showers at home. Besides that I love that hotel. I would stay again. "
