"we had aproblem getting the shuttle from the airport the girl on the desk did not tell us there was a shuttle waiting area and the pickup would be there, rather than the passenger pickup area where we waited for over a half hour. fortunately, when I called again, the driver answered the phone and told us where the pickup would be"

"Clean room. Staff was friendly. The gym was large and spacious and well equipped. We did not use the pool. The place was very nice but parts of it seemed a little dated. But overall I would recommend it. It is VERY hard to find a nice place to stay in Albany. "

"Room was VERY far from the parking garage. There was no internet or streaming available so the front desk asked if I wanted to cancel. I didn't, but was surprised they didn't offer a free pastry or muffin with their morning coffee(4 .00 dollars) as a trade. Especially since most places have these for FREE!! lol. Walk from garage to room was way too far. Will not stay again due to this. "
