"My room was clean and the property was clean. There was a little bit of painting going on but it didn't take away from the cleanliness. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. The staff was very friendly and check in was quick. My only concern was that the window covering in the room was just a simple see through shade, the curtains did not close. I was in an area of the hotel that had a VERY bright light just outside in the parking lot and it made the room so bright. I could only sleep facing away from the light. The pool and hot tub area were fine, and the hot tub was warm, but the jets were out of order, so it wasn't as relaxing."

"Towels felt really scratchy and rough. I was told the pool was fine. For changed, got my son changed and went down. The pool was then out of order. Very frustrating since my son was very excited to swim since he was getting surgery the next day. It is a very nice hotel but really bummed about the pool."

"Breakfast was very good, but two machines were out of order, the juice one and one other. Ice Machine on our floor was AWOL otherwise great room and not dirty as another reviewer commented. Desk clerk did need to speak louder."

"I didn’t like anything the chair in room was like it brought from the garbage the sink in the bathroom had horrible smell It was rundown property I booked it thinking I was booking in Ramada hotel as it was advertised in your website later I found out it was Albany Plaza Hotel so I was kept in dark from your website I will never do business with you again Horrible Horrible scary very scary hotel"

"The room was overheated to the point that sleeping was difficult. Another family complained about the same thing. My credit card was charged twice for $50 more than the price I was given, and given a receipt for. I called and the manager said the second charge was an error; the first was a hold that would be removed and the correct charge substituted. Overall, I probably won't stay there again."

"I would have given it a five out of five but nowhere did I see and nor was I told there is no parking there and you have to pay a valet $20 a night to park"
