"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. "I didn’t realize that there would be no one at the reception desk of the hotel until 3 pm, so there is no where to leave luggage before check in time. The train station does not have luggage lockers. The apartment building has 4 floors without an elevator, you don’t know your room number until you get your key, we ended up on the 4 floor with 64 stairs! The method for getting your key was pretty slick, you don’t need to go to reception."

"We had a very nice room on the second floor that had river and the castle view. The hotel is modern and seemed recently renovated. Everything is clean and staff are nice and helpful. It is not in the town center, but just 2-3 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Parking is available at the back of the hotel for a small fee. The only drawback is that it had no air conditioning. Even then, I still love the hotel"
