On the 21st floor of this striking landmark in the heart of the Schlei fjord, this spacious 63 m² apartment offers room for up to four people and breathtaking views of the Viking settlement around Haithabu, the city of Schleswig with its imposing cathedral, and the picturesque Schlei.
A modern and open-plan living area welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen (the stovetop doesn't have an oven, but the microwave does). In the cozy dining area, you can enjoy your culinary creations while taking in the stunning view. The various seating options invite you to relax and chat.
A real eye-catcher? The unique bar counter, crafted from the rudder of a traditional Folkboat, charmingly separates the kitchen and living room – enjoying a drink here while watching the sunset over the Schlei is an unforgettable experience! A modern 37-inch TV provides entertainment, and a separate sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) ensures a peaceful night's rest. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable double bed (120x200cm) in no time. We are happy to provide a travel cot for our youngest explorers upon request. The modern bathroom with shower ensures a refreshing start to your day.
But the absolute highlight is undoubtedly the balcony, directly accessible from the living room. Here you will experience unforgettable moments: Enjoy your first coffee of the day in the fresh sea air as the sun slowly rises over the Schlei, or let the evening wind down with a glass of wine and the glittering colors of the sky – pure postcard idyll!
Your car is parked safely and conveniently in a parking space within easy walking distance in the garage, which can be opened easily with a chip card. Inside the tower, two elevators will take you comfortably to the top. Access to the foyer and the elevators is secured and only possible with a central key, as is the operation of the elevators themselves. The third elevator goes directly to the café and bar on the 26th floor.
In case you need to do your laundry, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the basement for a small fee. You can get tokens from the friendly caretaker, whose office is located in the Viking Tower.
