The bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling glass shower, a heated towel rack, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. From the living room, a narrow spiral staircase leads to the attic with an open loft area, 2 single beds, and a TV (no private channels). Behind this is the second separate bedroom with a double bed and a TV.
The apartment includes one underground parking space. There is no bicycle storage available in this complex.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
Prices are for 4 people; a 5th person pays an additional 15.00 euros per day.
