"Excellent check in. Lovely reception area. Clean spacious room. Extra pillows. Beautiful breakfast, good evening meals which were great value for money. Easy check out. Good location - minutes from DLR which makes it easily accessible to London itself. Only one thing I will say is the rooms get HOT in the nights, even with temp turned right down and even off. Would recommend. Stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 11 for a weekend in London. "

Breakfast was varied and tasty, though the dining area can get busy during peak times. had to line up for food that was at 8 am when they open for breakfast One small drawback was that some areas of the ship could use a little refresh, but overall, the ambience and uniqueness more than make up for it. If you’re looking for something different from a standard hotel, Sunborn London is a great choice. I’d happily return."
