「 We really enjoyed this quirky cottage. despite its age it was clean, cosy, and spacious. Appreciated the historical notes. Very interesting. Talking to neighbour Lance was also fascinating as he carefully renovates next door in keeping with the Grade II listing. Ideal for special celebrations. Kitchen well-equipped. The fire already laid up. However, surprised that other basics seemed to be overlooked*.All nearby NT locations well worth a visit. We were lucky with the weather. Thank you! ...

「We enjoyed our stay at this historic, well-equipped vacation apartment. The property had everything we needed. While the walk into Dartmouth was more than just a gentle stroll, it was a great way to work up an appetite for the town’s restaurants and cafes. We found enough to keep us occupied in Dartmouth and only felt the need to use our car on a rainy day.」

「A great little find in Brixham, I contacted Pip before my arrival asking for a early check in and he was very obliging and when I did arrive early I was treated to an upgrade. A great location only 10 mins walk from the town centre. Fantastic breakfast and a great host. I will be sure to come here again if i am ever in Brixham or near by. Thanks Pip for making me feel so welcome.」

「Very nice property, most things required were supplied. Only disappointment was the pillows, ones supplie were old and very inferior quality plus they did not have pillow protectors on. This was the only downside 」

「On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id...

「Overall, a love experience. The property was decievingly spacious, clean and filled with great entrainment facilities. An added benefit of a washer/dryer that makes that going back home experience better. Car parking permit included also. A great way to celebrate a significant ceremony in a stunning part of the country. Would highly recommend and stay again when in the area. 」

「Lovely cottage. Plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. Amazing views over the harbour from every window. Nice little balcony to sit out on. Private off road parking is a bonus. Really enjoyed my stay here.」

「Beds in both rooms are small. Double bed only 3/4. Twin beds not suitable for taller adults. Only ok for children or shorter adults.」

「The few days were spent in a very comfortable apartment that had all the necessary fixtures and fittings to support our stay. However, the only concern was that the quilt on the beds were not summer quilts and as such sleeping was a problem, so much so that one of us slept in a single bed in the other bedroom. Perhaps this change during the summer months could be considered.」

「Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again.」

「Clean comfortable cottage, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, have used this cottage before and will prob use again only down side is parking but that is Brixham. 」
