「The toilet seat in our room was loose and when my son sat on it the seat went sideways and broke. I notified the front desk and the staff were courteous and willing to take care of it right away. Great staff! 」

「Very Unique mote. After 8 o'clock, there were no attendance for checking in. The entrance is second floor and the building is 3 stories but no elevator at all. Wifi did not work at all. No computer at all. Breakfast was least.」
「Amazing private apartment in a charming area with local shopping and restaurants and a 10-15 walk across the bridge to Cincinnati. It was very hot the days we were there and A/C worked great to keep us cool. Free designated parking space across the street and excellent communication by the host. Would definitely stay again」
