"A car alarm went off every 2 hours during the night right below our room. They should have had it removed, left at 5AM as we didn’t get any sleep anyway. Mentioned it at check out and they said that was a shame, "

"The Radisson is truly outdated. A great location, but our room lacked outlets that work, shower fro 1980, squeaky doors and faucets and paper thin walls. The hotel actually supplied our room with ear plugs. I don’t recommend staying here. "

"Hot tub is shut down. Pool area is dirty! Water all over the pool deck slippery. Water so dirty even when no one is in the pool it’s cloudy. Hair, broken toys, Band-aides on bottom of pool. Our garbage was never picked up, the ice machine room is where everyone put their garbage all weekend. We told the front desk they said they would pick it up, but never did. 4 days we were there."

"The hotel is nice and well maintained, and the lounge and bar area are especially enjoyable. The live band was excellent and added to the overall atmosphere. However, our experience at the bar was disappointing. The server was quite pushy, rushing us to order drinks, food, and even dessert in quick succession, which didn’t allow us time to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Later, she asked us to close out our tab because her shift was ending, which felt unprofessional and rude. Additionally, the bartender prepared a drink for my wife that had far too much milk and not enough of the actual ingredients, and even shared part of her drink with another couple. The glass was also filled with an excessive amount of ice, leaving very little actual cocktail. Overall, while the hotel itself is very pleasant, the bar service significantly detracted from our experience."

"No bed bugs. Sheets are clean. Top blankets dirty. Good thing I take some with me when I travel. Just a suggestion take your own. "

"No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. "
