「The rooms are abit dated and could do with a refurb and tele in room we stayed in was very dated 」

「ok for the night cheaper than close alternatives easy to find breakfast is toast and cereal and nice coffee all provided free 6am till 10am which is a nice touch matress not great but not bad either nice shower over small bath but bath is useable reception is brilliant and friendly and very quick to book in a few workmen using as a local base but all were chatty and friendly there is a pub next door 30 second walk food expensive but ok overall well worth a stay if you are tired for the night in...

「Rooms are starting to look neglected and no hot water for the duration of our stay. The Turkish Restaurant attached to the hotel is very good though, if a little pricey.」

「The room had a TV but no power socket close enough to plug it into. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, needs a new mattress. Quilt had an old blood stain on it. Bathroom sink was blocked and looked as though it had been for a long time.」

「I’m sorry to say the property was not what I expected ! No hot water so I couldn’t have a shower when I got there at 9pm or one when I had my hospital appointment at 8am. so I wasn’t best pleased. And to top it off the heater in the room is not fit for purpose it was freezing I will go there ever again. I will be requesting a refund as the hotel is not a nice place to stay. But I will say the staff were pleasant but I didn’t go there to talk to the staff. 」

「Lovely room, clean and a homey feel to it. The bed is a superking size and super comfy!! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We only had a light breakfast, which included lots of choices (cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit etc). We would definitely recommend Orchard house!」
