"Interesting old hotel/farm setting. Old stone hotel building but in good condition. Arrived after dark a little before 8pm and the place was completely dark. Had a hard time finding a lobby for check in. Another guest helped us and we got someone (non-English speaking) to check us in. Our room on the third floor was modern and clean but small. "We’ve come here every year, it’s family friendly, has good connections to public transport and is in a green, lovely location. Disappointing service this time, the room did not get cleaned, apparently you have to book room cleaning?! Even with booking the room wasn’t cleaned, no clean towels or soap refill, sink blocked, dirty floors… for a Radison Blue and four stars very poor services. I complained daily, at the end I had enough. Not coming back here, it’s ruined our holiday having to moan about service that should be in place without complaints. I raised it today at check out again, yes, I got an apology but it’s just not good. We will not return!"
