Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Bett war leider nicht ganz okay. Es war mit einer durchgehenden Matratze ausgestattet. Wenn zwei darin schlafen, und sich einer bewegt, wird die zweite Person jedesmal gestört. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Im Prinzip ok. Uns hat es sehr geärgert, dass die beiden Zimmer, die wir lange im voraus gebucht hatten, zwar auf einer Etage aber doch sehr weit voneinander entfernt lagen. Eine vernünftige bodentiefe Dusche im Zimmer wäre zeitgemäßer als eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Der Frühstücksraum war personell sehr üppig bestückt, Mitarbeiterinnen, die den Zugang kontrollieren, andere , die einen Platz zuweisen und wieder andere, die abräumen. Wünschenswert wäre bei dem Preis für das Frühstück, dass Küchenpersonal frisch Omeletts oder Spiegelei zubereitet. Und auch wenn die wurstscheiben aus einer Großpackung kommen, kann man das so hinlegen, dass es nicht so offensichtlich ist ( mein Mann mäkelt eigentlich nicht beim Essen, aber das ist selbst ihm sehr unangenehm aufgestoßen) , der Obstsalat roch an einem Tag etwas gärig und der Prosecco hatte kaum noch Kohlensäure ( dann besser weglassen)

• The hotel has a very good overall structure • Direct access to the World Trade Center, where there are food and supermarket options • Breakfast is slightly above the average price • Bathtub in the bathroom • There are closets, but no dedicated space to open suitcases

Schönes sehr sauberes Zimmer. Gute Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Bett mit durchgehender Matratze. Man rollt permanent in die Mitte. Es gleicht einem Wasserbett. An ruhigen Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

Beautiful place with exceptional service and facilities. We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright. Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner. Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Center. I highly recommend this place.

Sehr schönes Hotel, aber……

Ein sehr sehr schönes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber viel zu teuer. Das parken in der Tiefgarage war auch nicht günstig. Aber alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Rude staff, improperly functioning AC.

Rude staff. My daughter was playing the piano at the reception (she was not just toying around, she is an excellent pianist), One of the staffs came to her and rudely asked to stop playing. As per the hotel advertisement, piano was among one of the things to do. If at all it was not, they should treat people with respect and should have interrupted her professionally. Air conditioning was not working, to make things worse it was a heatwave while we were in Dresden so hard tough time sleeping without properly functioning A/C.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hotel Elbflorenz genossen. Vor allem die Lage schätzen wir sehr, so dass die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss oder mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar waren. Leider fanden wir, dass der Preis für das Frühstück zu teuer war und deshalb haben wir das Angebot nicht genutzt.
