"Booked a room months in advance for our trip from Canada. On the day of, I received a phone call from a North Dakota number. The caller only let the phone ring twice and didn’t leave a voicemail. Thinking it may have been the hotel, I sent them a message with our projected arrival time. When we arrived, we were informed our reservation had been cancelled because the card allegedly didn’t go through. We were also told by the staff member they had attempted to contact us earlier. However, given the extremely brief phone call attempt and lack of voicemail, we were not properly notified of any issue. As a result, we were forced to rebook at a significantly higher rate costing us more than our original booking. I understand that payment issues can happen, however, I do not feel that a two ring phone call without voicemail was anything close to a reasonable attempt to contact guests who had a confirmed reservation and were actively travelling to the hotel. I would like management to review the situation and consider reimbursing the difference we were charged due to cancellation"

"Our tub was dirty, run down looking everywhere! Our towels stunk. Mades did horrible job at cleaning our room. Wont stay there again."

"I’m typically not one to be negative … but the room I was given smelled absolutely horrible… like rancid fast food mixed with body odor. I got in late and just dealt with it. I eventually cracked the sliding window as far as it would go and tried to sleep on the window bench with my face pressed to the window screen for fresh air. I’ve stayed at other Wyndham hotels and had a wonderful experience. This was truly terrible and I should have asked for a new room. It was so late I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone. Also, the toilet handle was off it chain & the seal was up so when I arrived the toilet was running continuously. I fixed this so as to be able to use the facility."

"Room was very clean and bright and spacious. Bed was clean and well made. Breakfast was very good, hot sausage patties, eggs and hash brown potatoes. Or they had waffles, toast and cold cereal selection. Coffee was very good and also had cold juice available. This motel is one that I would definitely return to next visit."

"Walk in at check in they were confused on the number of nights. There was an elevator but no where near the lobby. Room was not cleaned our dog found a baggy and lighter under recliner. Not toiletries. Tv remote was behind the nightstand. The phone in the room was for decoration we assume because we couldn't get ahold of the front desk. House keeper was awesome, she gave us everything we asked for. Oh and they dont have DO NOT DISTURB signs"

"Not the best looking hotel from the outside. The room I was in was amazing. Very clean I’d recommend. Don’t judge a book (hotel) by its cover (the outside). The staff in every shift was friendly and professional. Thank you all!"
