「I booked this motel for the amenities: spa, pool, pond, but all I saw was broken down pool. As soon as I opened the door to rm 110 it stank of mildew. It was cold at night so tried the heat but it was not working! I asked for another room with heat but they were booked. They gave me a room heater and it worked well. Then I realized the following. My room was clean but in terrible shape: dark, no heat! First night was cold. Old A/C, which was using unsafe electrical strip. Sink hardly...

「I stayed for 4 days / 3 nights in the apartment and it was super cute. I loved the location since it is so close to town and you can walk everywhere and enjoy Shelburne Falls. There is really no need to drive anywhere. This is a good location to get around to other parts of western Mass. For the stay, there were 2 of us and there was plenty of room. The dining area and kitchen were great. I don't think we ever sat in the living room, but it was nice and cozy. The shower was a little tiny...
