"We arrived at this lovely hotel to find that Expedia (hotels.com) had only forwarded a booking for one room, not the two we'd booked online. It appears this was not an isolated incident. "LA pulizia dell'hotel è esemplare, ci sono due aree parcheggio non distanti dall'hotel è quindi possibile scaricare i bagagli in prossimità dell'Hotel e poi parcheggiare la propria auto. Purtroppo non c'e più la navetta che si ferma e porta gli sciatori a Salice D'Ulzio per arrivare alle piste o si sale con la propria auto oppure dalla stazione FS si prendono i bus di linea."
