Great Location for a Large Group
This property is very spacious, is decently located to the center of this city (not walking distance but cheap Uber), and the host is very responsive! We did have an issue day 1 where the AC upstairs wasn’t working. They had to have someone come out to service it the next day and offered a partial refund for the night. They were very responsive, as we were talking about the issue well into the evening. The downstairs sink was slow draining (not an issue really), and the mattress protector on the couch bed was not freshly washed. The next door neighbors didn’t bother us but the place seemed a little sketchy. Otherwise, it was a great home base for my bachelorette group and I definitely recommend it if you need a larger accommodation in Savannah!

Overall property was nicely updated and comfortable. Location was convenient to downtown. Owners were very responsive when we had issues with entering the property/door code. Beds comfortable. Overall a positive experience.

Run, don't walk to rent - fantastic property!
Decided to do a last minute girls trip to Savannah and the owners were able to accommodate. Communication and Check in was easy. Walking into the front entrance you are wowed. Bright, spacious and well appointed. The bedrooms are enormous with high end linens gracing comfortable beds. The bathrooms are spacious and well equipped. The kitchen is bright and spacious. Laundry facilities are clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for a family or larger group, it is an excellent value.

Beautiful home & great location!
Excellent communication with owner. The house is beautifully renovated with a blend of modern aesthetic mixed with antique charm. House is very clean, plenty of linens & beds are very comfortable. Location is one mile from river street making it easily accessible to activities around town. House is well equipped with essentials. We had a great time! This was the perfect place for a girls trip!
