「The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure 」

「We were there for a tour of USF, which is a 5 minute walk to campus. The space was great for three of us, though we didn’t spend much time there. The location was great for both the university and the rest of the city. If my daughter picks the school, we’ll be back」

He provided restaurant and activity recommendations and checked in with us throughout the stay to ensure that things were going well. 「The house is comfortable with great views of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. The only was the beds are a bit hard for our liking and the parking garage is a very tight fit if you are a mid-size or larger vehicle. You may have to park on the street, which is not a big deal. Overall a nice place to stay. Will stay there again.」

I know the area well as I was visiting relatives and it suited my needs fine as a place to stay and spread out. Outdoor patio was a huge bonus, which I appreciated as a lovely space to sit and get some work done on the laptop. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it.」

「First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet.
