「Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot.」

「My stay in Green Mansions was just phenomenal. I constantly forgot I was in Chitwan as the hotel was so much more gorgeous and beautifully designed than many 5 star hotels in the big cities. You could tell the owner has great taste and aesthetics. Every detail in the room and the yard were well thought of: Nice little plants in room; Plenty of trees around room to provide privacy, and a gorgeous view when you look up from the hammock. 「The staff were brilliant and they were very attentive and helpful. The amenities are excellent, the room was clean and spacious. Great continental breakfast and very good freshly made food from the restaurant. We had a fantastic day with the hotel guide into the Chitawan National park. Highly recommended!」
