The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool. Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area. The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. 「繁華街から離れており、菜の花畑を1km歩いた先にあります。プールサイドが見える部屋に泊まりましたが、プールを見ながらゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。朝食も美味しく部屋に清潔感があり不便なく過ごせました。シャワーもお湯が出ます。」

「とても綺麗で清潔でスタッフがフレンドリーなホテルでとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ホテル到着後にサファリをお願いしたのですが、快く応じて下さり、その日の午後からサファリに参加できました。ホテルでお願いすると集合場所までの送迎もしてもらえます。チトワン国立公園に行くならこのホテルをオススメします。」
