"建物自体は古く使いづらい点はありましたが配慮が行き届いて良かったです。 窓からの景色も工場の煙や街の灯りがキレイでした。 もし今後変更が可能でしたら室内照明がリモコンタイプで調光可能事と室内のタンスの香料を微香料のものにしていただけると衣類に匂いが移らなくて良いかと思います。(匂いが強くてタンスは使用できませんでした。)"

"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"Staffs are excellent. Hotel provides transportation to and from city. Shops are close by. View of Sakurajima is priceless. Onsen is so relaxing after a day out."
