Great staff who can speak both English and Japanese fluently and very helpful. The laundry machine included in the room is very nice as it can wash and then dry. The kitchen is fully furnished and so nice there's a fridge. One of the best hotels I stayed at!

The place is new, modern and well-equipped. We had enough room for the four of us in our family room and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was small but adequate for our needs. The laundry included a larger washer with a dryer function in the room which was very convenient. We just used a translation app to assist with settings. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great hotel for our family of 4- love the room with two top bunks! The little kitchen was perfect for breakfasts. 15 minutes to a very vibrant shopping and eating area, and 15 minutes by foot to the train station. Loved the hotel.

Good choice for family trip

The entrance of the hotel is in an one-way road. It may take some time for you to find if you drive to the hotel. There are very few parking lots available in the hotel. You may need to park in the parking lots nearby (about 2-3 minutes walking distance). The charge is around 500-600 JPY per night or 100 JPY per 30 mins. The room is clean and spacious. The facilities are in good condition. Washing machine, microwave and electric stove are available inside the room. The washing machine has the function of drying clothes. (takes about 3,5 hours) The room cleaning service is charged but you can ask the staff to change towels and empty the trash can by putting the notice outside the room before 10 am. They provide two choices for breakfast and I chose egg salad sandwich provided with apple juice or vegetable juice (100 JPY if you want to change the drink to coffee). The taste is good but everyday is just the same. The sound proof inside the room is good. There are plenty of electric sockets including USB power supply next to the bed. You can walk to AEON or AMU shopping mall right next to Kagoshima-Chuo station within 15 mins. There is a airport-express limousine in the station.

Great hotel. Fantastic location close to the train station. We had a room on 11th floor with a beautiful view overlooking the city. Travelled with a family of four with two teenagers. Bad service with hotels.com

I reserved one family room 2 nights for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) including additional breakfast for 4 via the hotels.com website. When we checked in, the hotel asked me to pay for the 2 kids breakfast at a high price. I told them that I had reserved with breakfast through hotels.com but they said the kids breakfast was not included so we had to pay a substantial extra amount. I told hotels.com and after a long, complicated process during our family vacation hotels.com offered to reimburse the breakfast. It happened at another hotel in Japan also.and so am still waiting to hear back on that one.
