"Lovely hotel. The Viennese cafe is beautiful. The cafe and the bar are really good value for money, not the usual hiked up hotel prices. The corridors have a nice decor and the rooms are nice. I had a great view overlooking the garden and the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque which was lit up nicely at night. Rooms have an extra bit of security when you go out - you get a standard key lock as well as digital card entry. "

"The hotel itself was good, but I was unhappy with how the reception staff treated me during check-in. I had booked two rooms for two adults and two children, aged 13 and 17. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that I would need to pay extra for breakfast because the two children were considered adults based on their ages, which affected the pricing. "Right in the middle of old town, so location was great. Very close to touristy shopping. Reserved parking is available for 12,5 euro per day. Good luck finding any other place to park. Check in and out was great. Staff was cordial, helpful and English proficient. On site free breakfast was very good. Restaurants for other meals are everywhere. The room was very nice, comfortable and very clean. Elevator to 4th floor worked very well. Very nice place. I recommend it and will stay there again."

"The hotel has a huge thermal spa complex which was the reason we picked it. However, the hotel seems to be short of staff, not able to manage crowds of guests. Most disappointing was breakfast - lots of food choices in a dark overcrowded restaurant. Food was not presented nicely, pieces of cheese and salami looked as if they were thrown on the plate.
