I wasn’t impressed with the cleaning quality of my room until meeting Silvania, one of the cleaning ladies. She cleaned my room throughly removing all the dust bunnies from under the beds and dusting the entire room. Finally my allergies got better and my cold was gone. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The restaurant has a limited menu and the food is average. There need to be more options of restaurants.

From a tourist point of view, this is one of the safest areas in São Paulo. The hotel itself would benefit of some renovations, but acceptable in general. The staff are helpful and nice.

Time for the hotel to change the pillows

Good hotel, great location and staff, amazing breakfast BUT it needs improvement. The pillows were way too thin and passed their expiry date probably - time to change it for something more firm and thick! Even using multiple pillows, still got a bad neck and reflux. And the internet login is a process from hell. Horrible user friendliness. Do better, Accor!

The hotel itself is quite decent, with a good location and comfortable conditions. However, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. First, it’s a large establishment, and when I checked in, only one receptionist was on duty, so the process took a surprisingly long time. Second, the room rate wasn’t cheap. Although I received a complimentary soft drink, only two bottles of water were provided for free—the rest came at an extra cost. I find it particularly frustrating when a relatively expensive hotel charges for water. It feels like a low-cost airline approach. What’s next—charging for the air we breathe? Water is as basic as air.

I hope they review the sofa bed.

We only stayed two nights, we didn't get to use the hotel's infrastructure. The service was very good, the room is spacious and well equipped and the shower is very good. The double bed is very comfortable, however, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and not suitable for the amount paid for the stay. The couple settles in well, but their teenage son doesn't sleep well...

Nice location. Funiture was missing wheels and when staff was notified, nothing was done. After third reminder they were frustrated by the request and said that it would be taken care of. After two nights, I checked out and it was never resolved.

My friend and I stayed here in September of 2024. We had a twin bed room for 4 nights. The beds were rock hard and the pillows disappointing. But otherwise I was very satisfied with the hotel. The showers were great: plenty of hot water and good water pressure. It was a nice location with a nearby metro stop and a small grocery store close by. There was a small miscommunication where staff told us at checkin that breakfast was included but when we checked out they wanted to charge us for the 3 times we ate at the breakfast restaurant. They had to call a manager and it took some time but they ended up letting it go - we had the paper they gave us with our keys about breakfast being included.
