Amazing location on a safe area, close to shops, restaurants, and main tourist attractions, you can walk to so many places. The hotel was nice and had a really good breakfast, which was one of the highlights with Pao de Queijo every morning. The lobby and restaurant area looked nice and recently renewed but the rooms are a bit run down. Staff was super helpful and kind at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean, breakfast amazing, walking distance to Avenida Paulista and MASP. The only thing I would suggest is to have bilingual ppl at front desk. São Paulo is a big city with lots of tourists and having a full bilingual customer service representatives will be a plus!

Really good experience! My parents went and stayed in this property. They told me they had an amazing time. Staff were super nice and friendly. Everything was clean and the food was good too! Thanks for making them have a good time. They told me that they would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in a lovely residential area with small park/garden nearby. Very close to Ave Paulista. Breakfast was great, we chose to eat outside in the small courtyard. Worth a look from the roof terrace/pool on 13th floor.

Recepción was prompt and efficient. Room very clean. Nice top floor pool. Breakfast buffet was very good. Location was the best , only two blocks to their Main Street . They have 24 security service to put you at ease. Great stay .thank you

Overall, for the price, the property is good and it’s located close to Paulista Avenue. But it’s on a slope so you have to Paulista up and it’s hard to walk up if you’re not fit. More importantly, their rooftop terrace has no Internet connection and nobody to give you towels for the pool. Parts of the hotel are in rough shape And the renovating half of it at the moment.

I loved the steam room, coming from the North of the States I grew up with one in the Y, so it's tough to find a good steam in Brazil! Staff were great, and the free breakfast was tops, lots of options, usually had fresh fruit and yogurt, then scrambled eggs, sausage or hot dog in tomato sauce and all kinds of bread to choose from - good hours for bfast as well as we like to eat late, was 6AM to 10AM The room was very spacious and very good neighborhood, short 2 block walk to avenida paulista and metro station. Great location and next time I'm in SP will stay there again for sure!
