「Amazing ! Everything from the facilities, the view, the staff, and the breakfast. Plenty of parking and they also have daily planned activities that you can participate.」

「The view from our room was amazing! The view alone made the hotel great. The room needs a bit of an update but it was good for the one night we stayed. The floors were very creaky and the rooms were not soundproof so you could hear any noise from the hallway. I was a bit confused about where to check in but the staff was kind and helpful. I liked how quiet the area was and it was not a very busy street, but didn’t have great cell service. We had no issues finding parking when we stayed. We...

「Great location. Clean rooms. Has a nice rooftop pool with a nice view.」

「Wonderful hotel, staff were lovely and helpful. One criticism is that booking restaurants on the all-inclusive was not easy, you could not book before you got there and when you are there we couldn't book for a few」

「I liked the breakfast very much and the location was very convenient. Only thing is that I couldn't swim at all. It would be good if you could install a system to make the water warmer.」

「A perfect getaway for some much needed rest and relaxation.」

「The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. Charging guests extra for something as basic as a pool towel feels unreasonable and left a poor impression. We can’t comment on the breakfast itself, as we had to check out before 7 a.m. We did,...

「Great location Very welcoming Excellent breakfast」

「The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean with very comfortable beds and the pool and sea view were great.」

「Absolutely stunning and perfect in every way. We couldn’t have been happier with our 5 night stay here. Every member of staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect and the breakfast was amazing too. Such a beautiful looking hotel and in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby too. Only 15 minute walk to central Funchal. If we come back to Madeira we would book here again 100%.」
