「Our experience was fantastic, plenty of space in the room and the view was incredible. Cannot beat the price for what you get. 15 mins from Funchal and 10 to the airport made everything super convenient, Santa Cruz was charming and being a little bit out of the city for a little less chaos was nice. 「Schönes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, mit Stellplatz in Tiefgarage und Lift. Sehr kurze Wege von der Tiefgarage zur Wohnung. Lage ist recht ruhig in Canico. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Einige Sachen müssten aber repariert werden. Die Bank auf dem Balkon ist kaputt und kann entsorgt werden und die Dusche im Flur ist nicht dicht, so dass Wasser ausläuft. Da keine Badematten in den Badezimmern sind mussten wir Handtücher hinlegen, um nicht zu fallen. Bei 4 Handtüchern für 2 Personen wird es dann...

Although there are no staff on site, check in was smooth, and we felt secure with the locked doors we had to go through to keep residents safe. For the most part, we had timely responses to queries to staff if we had questions hotel/room/airport transportation as needed. 」

On the downside, the back porch floor was covered in water as there was an old seal in the window. The bathroom door/lock combo was hanging on by a single loose screw.
