"Die im Internet angegebene Leistungsbeschreibung stimmte mit den tatsächlich vorgefundenen Verhältnissen nicht überein. So gab es z. B. keine Kaffeemaschine nach deutschem Standard, sondern nur eine nach canarischer Art für eine Tasse Kaffee. Nach fünf Tagen erhielten wir auf mehrfacher Reklamation eine kleine Kaffeemaschine für 3 Pott Kaffee. Ein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer gab es ebenfalls nicht.
